The Production stages

We are using local and imported yarn for knitting in our knitting section, after knitting this product goes for particular dyeing in dyeing section. Finishing dyeing in requirement product goes in different inventory and QC and than for finishing in our finishing section in mode of knit fabrics to use in garments sewing. Once the fabric is ready we follow the following process for production. 

Pattern making
First stage in the production line is the pattern making section.

Cutting section
The second stage is the cutting section. In this section, materials are cut in the pattern determined in the previous section.

Sewing section
The next stage is the sewing section. It has two-step. The 1st step being the sewing part uses various types of sewing machineries, while in the second step, uses button hole & button attaching machineries to complete the making operation.

Finishing section
At this stage products goes through various stage like removal of loose thread, ironing, folding etc & hanged with hanger & polybag.

Final Inspection 
Before cartooning for export, a final inspection is undertaken by quality assurance expert to ensure no faulty products reach our customers.

Packaging

Finally, the chosen products are packaged and cartooned – ready for export.

c)	RIB FABRIC = 1x1 RIB, 2x2 RIB & 3x4 RIB,2x1 RIB etc.
d)	COTTON / ELASTANE IN SINGLE JERSEY
e)	Terry fabrics & Fleece fabrics.
f)	P.K & other variegated Jacquard fabrics,Y/D Feeder & Engineering Strips.
g)	All over print.
h)	We have the won arrangement for chest print.
